In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. Vi tyckte om det vänligta mottagandet, frukosten var suveränt och läget bra. Vi kom dock den 1 januari så öppethållandet var begränsat. Övertygad om att det är ett toppenställe när det är mer i säsong.

The breakfast was out of this world! A full cooked English of massive portions. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Would visit again.

The staff are most helpful led by the manager Julie who can't do enough to ensure your stay is memorable. The food in the restaurant is honest and of a high standard and well presented. As long as Julie is there these high standards will be maintained one would assume.

I didn't take breakfast, but I saw what was served and it looked very tempting. We dined there and the quality was really superb. But you need to book, it gets very busy.

The locationn was absolutly perfect ,in the main square in Richmond. We stayed two nights and were able to explore Richmond at our leisure . The room was fabulous, with a very spaceous ensuite with bath tub and shower. We could not ask for better. The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious

Great Pub & Hotel. Run by Emily & Claire. Made to feel very welcome on every visit. Staff are great friendly & outgoing. Nothing is ever too much trouble . From the moment you walk through the door to leaving it's a lovely relaxing stay. Rooms are lovely & comfortable with everything you need. Food is lovely as well, very plentiful & reasonably priced. We love visiting the Wheatsheaf. And we can't wait to visit again in January. Keep up the good work we would not stay anywhere else

Wonderful! Room was comfy and food/drink excellent. Staff was very helpful (even helped out a lot when we got a flat tire out on the moor when heading home.) Highly recommended!
