Great location. Staff friendly, helpful. Mark Zimmerman was especially kind and got us checked in early. We really appreciated this as we'd travelled through a snow storm.

Could not access the pool because of a pool party.
Could not access the pool because of a pool party. The noise went on for over 3 hours could even hear the tv and the first time i called the desk they did speak to the people having the party but the party just turned up the music. Second time I called the desk they said sorry for the inconvenience party would be ending in 3o min They asked me to switch my room at 830 at night. I'm handicapped. I wasn't going to pack in the middle of the night and move rooms if the party they were have was ening soon. But the pool party went on later then the front desk said like over a hour later
When I went to call the front desk. The phone was disconnected. There was phone cord to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone. The handicap front parking was inaccessible to a point not impressed. Very disappointed that I came to the hotel specifically booked it too. To be able to use their heated pool and was not able to because of a pool party. That was booked. It would have been nice if they had told us or emailed us that there was a pool party going on at the time dates that we had booked would have stayed elsewhere. The pool was not gonna be accessible during my stay.
In the noise should not been that loud. They should have been made to get done with the pool. It was ridiculous. No consideration for guests staying at the hotel. They should at least have the pool party at one end of the pool and have the other part of the pool accessible for other guests staying at the hotel that we're paying for their rooms also very inconvenient and inconsiderate for other guests at the hotel.
And hotel
handicap accessible room that we had. A grab bar should been on the wall placed outside the tub to access to get out of the tub to step out for safety was great to see the bars in the tub. We had a handicap accessible room .they need put in a sturdier shower chair ours was very Wobbly did not feel safe using it so I did not.

The eateries across the street from the hotel were good.
The eateries across the street from the hotel were good. I also liked that gas stations were convenient to the hotel. Manchester traffic is easy to get through and the downtown offers great options for restaurants, activities, and rest!

Visiting Manchester was great and the Hotel was wonderful.
Visiting Manchester was great and the Hotel was wonderful. The employees went above and beyond expectations for our stay. We had to book another night to check in earlier and they let us stay in the room we had. the elevator broke down and we were on the fourth floor. No problem, repair would not come till Tuesday because of the holiday so they sent someone up to help us carry down our luggage to check out, Great place to stay, and the staff is warm and friendly. Wonderful location for eateries of good food. We have stayed twice and will stay again. We walked to the restaurant right in front of the hotel and everything we ordered was delicious. In the morning I got my fix of Dunkin Donuts coffee. We came up for a funeral both times and both times the hotel made our visits comfortable and bearable. Thank you

The room was super super comfy.
The room was super super comfy. Bed and pillows were amazing. Even our tiny baby was comfy. My only dislike was how close the toilet is to the tub. Makes it awkward if you take a bath LOL but the pool is super nice, everything is clean. I could have stayed twice as long!!
The location in downtown Manchester is very convenient to the highway, and there are numerous good restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. The hotel has private, underground parking with room key access. Rooms are sleek and tastefully decorated, with subtle luxury touches, such as small adjustable reading lamps built in to the headboard of the bed. There is a lovely spa area with a patio, hot tub, and indoor pool under a solarium. The staff are highly-professional and make customer service a sincere and high priority.
Very nice room with nice beds, pillows, TVs and sitting area. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good but after a long holiday weekend, were without yogurt, bananas, regular milk (did have oat and low-fat milk), etc. But did have excellent choice of nuts for oatmeal (and theoretically yogurt), such as walnuts and sesame seeds. Surprisingly quiet in the room despite location next to the airport (sound-proof windows that actually work, I guess).
The location is perfect: going north or south, going east or west, right next to the hotel there is the highway or the route in every direction. Big parking lot right at the hotel, easy to park also when you come in late.
We could open the window wide enough to let fresh air in, great!
The room are big and with a comfortabel writing desk for computer work.
Hotel website say free shuttle to airport- NO. Your site also says same. Even though I had reservation made with your site, took almost 30 minutes to get a room. Said reservations made on internet do not hold rooms. Clerk called wendham for instructions on what to do. Attitude of clerk uncaring.
The hotel is new and modern. The supervisor who did our check-in was very friendly. Our room was bright, clean and spacious. We enjoyed using the fitness equipment in our room.
Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel. Good choice for an overnight stay. Very convenient to get to the highway quickly.
Nothing. Where do I start - had a reservation but hotel wanted to put me on 3rd floor as the elevator was not working. I am 64 years old so cannot carry heavy bads up 3 flights. They did put me on 1st floor then but this was just the beginning of my nightmare.
This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Most of my graduation class stayed at this hotel. I really like the hotel, it felt a homie and comfy. I like the price, breakfast and coffee that was offered at this hotel.
Bathroom at bottom of tub appears to have mold at clanking. Bathroom ceiling was pealing away the paint.over all room not all that clean. Rate a 3. Breakfast was ok. Disappointed that I was not told hotel was getting remodeled.
This hotel is totally racist. Stayed in the hotel for several days and was kicked out multiple times. The excuse is that there is no room left. Then I saw on the Booking website that there are at least 5 empty rooms.
Location to airport for early morning take off way terrific and the room was super clean and comfortable. Having the Airport Diner in the building (without walking outside in the cold) was a pleasant plus!
i loved everything about the hotel. the views were amazing and it was very clean . beds were so comfortable and the night staff were really cool and the manager that helped get us checked in was excellent
I had to get a hotel room unexpectedly due to family member being admitted to hospital. I was in Manchester with no transportation. Staff was so kind and helpful. Assisted me in setting up with Uber.
The room was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel was in a convenient location near Manchester Airport, The Mall of New Hampshire, and several restaurants.
Easy access to event I was going to. Also liked the cleanliness of hotel. The room and bathroom have minimalistic furniture so you have more room to move around.
The breakfast was exceptionally poor. Do you not have a good bakery in Manchester? What happened to your cereal selection. Overall, the breakfast was pathetic.
