Rooms are typical cave type rooms new renovated with windows at the ocean. We had a terrace few steps away from our room with beautiful sun-set view. The staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and breakfast were excellent. The hotel has a great location - it is located in the town which has everything you need and is very quiet in comparison to towns like Fira (15 min walk) or Oia. We rented a scooter and visited everything we wanted and everything was close. We definitely recommend the hotel.

From the very second we walked in The Tsitouras Collection we knew we had made THE VERY BEST CHOICE!
Delightful, amazing, brilliant, superb, wonderful, overwhelmed ... aren't enough words to describe how we felt!
We took ages to find this amazing hotel to stay and it was not only the amazing photos, but the reviews did all the talking and this place far exceeded every expectation we had! George the Manager is a one off!! He is fantastic, such a people person, takes so much time and has a wealth of knowledge! Every single member of staff are all amazing. Monji greeted us and showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know with such compassion and love for his job. When we saw our room... Well... it bought a tear to our eyes (both of us!!)
It was exquisite! We stayed in The House of Nureyev because it had it's own private balcony. Oh my goodness the view is too amazing for words! It has its own sunbeds and table and chairs to dine. We saw the most amazing sunset from the comfort of our own balcony with no crowds! The whole suite is so fantastic with gorgeous antiques, beautifully cool and extremely clean and comfy!!
The food it absolutely gorgeous and very fresh using the finest ingredients.
We cannot fault one thing. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in!
We truly didn't want to leave.

Returning back from the town to Firostefani square is 15 euros by taxi, it's an uphill walk so mind it. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes. We stayed in Santorini for 8 days whichw as too long. We did a trip to Crete for only 4 days and should have switched that around as Crete is a much bigger island with more to do. In Santorini we booked taxis ahead of time for transfers and we ended up catching buses in between which was much cheaper and more fun! Weather in October was nice but chilly in the evenings.

You never needed to travel for the Sunset while staying at FIROSTFANI! It was the best spot for photos. The restaurants were all equally amazing especially with the views of the caldera. Getting around was not a problem if you wanted to take the bus or catch a taxi. The month of September was pretty perfect since you did not need to deal with all the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

We stayed here in Firostefani for 3 nights. We really enjoyed it. Firostefani is the perfect town to stay at in Santorini imo. It isn't crowded like Fira or Oia. It's not too quiet like Imerovigli either. It has some shops and restaurants, but nothing too busy or noisy.

The room was very nice and cozy, and very cleaned as well! The location of the guesthouse is strategic, with 10 minutes walking you can reach the central bus station in Thira, and you are close to Firostefani and its beautiful centre. Besides you are in one of the cheapest areas in Santorini, which is useful when you have to look for a place to eat. We only regret that the time was not enough to further enjoy the place!
