We had a great stay at the Beach House. It was really clean, comfortable and convenient. Also had all the amenities we needed. The access to the beach was brilliant and particularly enjoyed by my stepson and border collie.

Staff friendly and very accommodating. Spacious bar downstairs used by locals and residents with tv. Upstairs restaurant with amazing sea views, lovely food. Very clean and spacious bedrooms which have a tea/coffee making facilities, fridge with milk and water. Lovely big bathroom with walk in shower. Nardinis ice cream parlour and fish and chip premises is...
Nardinis ice cream parlour and fish and chip premises is rightly famous, well worth a visit. So is the lovely Haylies hotel farther on for steak etc. The Seamill Hydro next door is a fab hotel with a lovely pool but does loads of weddings. There is lots more too. There is the wonderful nearby coastal walk near Portencross and a castle there to see.

The hotel, restaurant and toilets were spotlessly clean. Beautiful venue with wonderful views. Seamill is close to Westkilbride that has some interesting shops. A walk away from the Castle at Portencross. Lovely place to visit for picnics and relaxation.

All the beds are quite firm but not usually a problem this one however was so uncomfortable we slept on the pull out bed.
