Super cool facilities, really clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing. Restaurant was great- delicious food and drinks, great vibe. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The location was perfect for a stay in Pistoia and I would recommend this place for a base to see the many beautiful sites in Toscana

Hotel Calimala ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางฟลอเรนซ์ ห่างจากโบสถ์ซานตามาเรียโนเวลลา 800 ม. What a staff! The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional boutique hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The interior design is nothing short of remarkable, perfectly embodying the quintessential boutique hotel aesthetic that I adore. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making my stay truly memorable. What's more, its central location within walking distance to everything made exploring the area a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a more delightful experience. This boutique hotel is an absolute gem!

Our travel group was three generations of extended family, 15 of us in total, with a variety of travel desires/needs. Everyone loved Agave in Citta! The kids were obsessed with the pool, our fancier members were very impressed with the stunning atmosphere and overall design of the hotel. The optional breakfast came in handy several times, the location was excellent, free umbrellas saved the day for our walking tour in the rain, and the staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful at every turn. The private rooftop hot tub (for one of the rooms) was magical; the Superior Deluxe room was ENORMOUS and fit all 15 of us comfortably for chatting and games. Back to the pool - having an indoor heated pool was a huge perk, and it was much larger than we expected (not huge, but we've experienced dinky pools made to look larger in photos - this was not the case at Agave in Citta).
