Ended up extending my stay with two more nights here as I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, very clean and just great quality to the last detail. I needed to work during the days, and couldn’t imagine a better spot to do so, AC worked perfectly, the room had a huge window, I could just sit beside it looking out, and just in front, a tree gave enough cover for privacy. Location is central, just next to the main road but hidden in a side street making it quiet. A few local restaurants are in the area and a Food city is also close by. The owner was very nice, made sure I had everything I needed.

A superb location right by the sea. The owner is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided is unparalleled, surpassing any other encountered during the entire journey. Additionally, there is a stunning beach just a stone's throw away, adding to the allure of the accommodation.

He provided a delicious breakfast upon request and arranged a bicycle for me to ride around the city, all at an affordable price. Has great recommendations for food and things to do around town. Accommodations are neat and quiet. Great place to stay in Batticaloa! Walking distance to the beach and biking distance to the town.
