Location is superb for a stay in Oia. You’re very close to the hustle and bustle of the main part of the town, but also have privacy with your room. We stayed in the Kimolos suite and it was brilliant, plenty of space indoors and out, lovely hot tub and a stellar view of the Caldera. Additionally we had the sun on our balcony area until 6:30-7:00pm, which in May which was ideal.
The staff were incredibly helpful too. They had great suggestions for restaurants (and where to avoid), were super responsive on WhatsApp, and helped in arranging our transfers throughout the week to Santo Wines and our Catamaran Tour.

One of the best hotels I stayed on my life, great heated pool, great design, great people.
We had problem with ferry and it get cancelled and we asked for late checkout, which was acceptable, they tried really to help to have a solution.
They also recommend good restaurants and good activities around the area.
The only thing that can be better is the welcoming, it should be a drink or fruits like other hotels, also the breakfast wasn't that big, but those aren't important.

We traveled to Oia in the end of April, which is just the beginning of their high season. The weather was cool, a bit breezy, and always nice and warm in the afternoons. The traffic was slowed at times because the streets are narrow, and there is not a lot of parking. Because of the steep cliff side dwellings, there was a lot of walking up/down steps which were uneven. Someone with physical difficulty would not easily navigate the steps. All the shop and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from anywhere in Oia is magnificent. Oia is a place on earth that is a “must see,” and now we can cross it off our bucket list.

Oia is a uniquely beautiful place. The views in all directions are stunning, particularly at sunset but any time really. The overall impression of white and blue buildings is magical. The local people were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in Oia.

Our decision to disembark at Oia Santorini was extempore at the end of our 7 day Greek Island cruise. It was mid March and just perfect in terms of weather and crowd. I went out for morning walks and I had the entire strip for myself. The weather was in 60s and 70s. No rain except for the last day. It was interesting to see the whole town getting ready for Spring and Summer. They were white washing walls and getting their commercial spaces ready.
Very few places have impressed me with the esthetic beauty like this. The nature and the man-made structures compete for the attention and they co-exist. The beauty is stunning and it takes 48 hours to stop taking photographs everywhere you go.
We stayed in Oia for six days. It was a long 3 days weekend and for Ash Monday. Only on one of these 6 days, we saw some crowds at the Sunset point and it wasn't pleasant. Many restaurants were open. Restaurants on the main strip are expensive for eating out every day. You can explore the off beaten paths to find hidden gems that that charge you non-tourist rates.. You can also shop at the local grocery store and eat selectively at restaurants.
If you don't like crowds and waiting in the lines, I highly recommend visiting in March and November. I heard stories from locals that the Summer has been very crowded in the past few years. The cruise ships have made the matters worse.
Here are some recommendations.
Restaurants: Candouni - Must try for dining,
Cafe popular with locals. Piatsa Souvlaki. Excellent food.
Skiza cafe.- Pizza, Sandwiches, Ice cream.
Morning coffee and snacks. : Passaris bakery

Because we went slightly off season, the beginning of October, we enjoyed less tourists. I cannot imagine July/August heat and crowds. We did a sunset catamaran cruise, really recommend that, for a once in a lifetime day trip. Lots of great restaurants around and lots of scams so be careful. Cabs are expensive, so ask up front. Buses take forever and minibuses drop you off any old where......If you book a lovely hotel with transportation included you'll be fine. Ammoudi beach is a great sunset spot with yummy food......

Doesn't have much but the sunset is amazing.
Doesn't have much but the sunset is amazing. Not because we were in the off season it just that the place is simple. Not much to do. Maybe sunset cruise, island tour but that's it. The selling point of this location is the sunset
Everything was perfect with our stay. Paris is such an amazing host, he was so kind. He helped us with renting an ATV and where to go/eat/swim :) His house is one of the most beautiful houses in Oia! Amazing location, close to everything but very quiet during the night despite the most of other hotels in Oia. The size of the house is great, it has a very lovely terrace, a balcony, and a porch. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. If I visit Santorini again, I would definitely stay here.
The suite was amazing! The room was minimal, built in natural cave, the bed was comfortable.
The best thing about it was the view and the pool, it is overlooking both the town of Oia and the sea, and is absolutely private, with no other hotel paths going around it.
The staff were also amazing, they even arranged a floating breakfast for us, the service was absolutely impeccable.
We would definitely return here when we go back to Santorini!
The hotel room was clean and very stylish. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and freshly made to order. We also had dinner one night at the onsite restaurant and everything was so delicious. Their baklava and ice cream was the best I had on Santorini! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I were to visit Oia.
Great location - a 10 minute walk to Oia but not close enough that you feel swamped with people (Oia is very busy)
Staff are so helpful and laid back - great atmosphere
Rooms are huge and the bed is very comfortable
Bathroom and shower is amazing. Best room we stayed in during our holiday in Greece.
Breakfast is very tasty
Private pools are very relaxing
Value for money comparable to other hotels in Santorini
Great accommodation with an amazing pool area, you could even order food and drinks to the pool deck area. The hotel was also extremely clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Additionally, every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the pool. I loved our time at Anemoessa Villa and would choose to stay there again when visiting Santorini (Oia area) without hesitation. We loved it.
We spent time in paradise. It was absolutely perfect, the hotel has the best view on the caldera, the swimming pool is very nice and the hotel very beautiful and comfy. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, they take care of you and do their best to give you the most beautiful journey in Oia.
We absolutely recommend this place, we think is the best hotel of Santorini.
Great location, quite but next to the main street. Great sunset view in a private front yard. Large two-bedrooms apartment. Super friendly owner met you at the shuttle and a porter carried luggages to your room, vary convenient and easy. Price is very reasonable in super expensive Santorini and this hotel offers an unbeatable value.
The room is huge and it has 2 double beds. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this hotel since it’s located in a very popular area of santorini.
The room was clean.
The location is right in oia and we had the sea view.
It’s value for money for the size you get and also the location.
Great location, just on the edge of Oia ,but giving access to the main area within a 2 minute walk . Flotyna, (receptionist),excellent local knowledge and was extremely helpful ! Lovely pool area with charming barman, I would highly recommend this hotel and was extremely good value for Santorini!
Staffs are very nice and helpful. They recommend the detail of traveling in Santorini. Hotel has car park that hard to find from other hotels in this area. Room is comfortable. The location is near Oia center that you can walk. The breakfast is really good. They hv homemade jams.
The room with a private terrace and jacuzzi was perfect for a few days in Santorini. The host was very helpful, she booked us transfers to and from the hotel, boat tour, and restaurant with sunset view. It's very good value for money, close to Oia yet calm and relaxing.
Best hotel we stayed at in Santorini. Great value for money. Really nice breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Its a bit outside Oia but we actually enjoyed this very much, not in the middle of the big crowds and just a short scooter ride to the center.
This is what Oia in Santorini is all about: 1. The view 2. The private hot tub 3. The terrace. 4. The cave house style
I can't recommend this place enough. It's in the heart of Oia, with breathtaking views overlooking the caldera.
We really loved the room and bathroom. Very modern, spacious & clean, and was exactly what I pictured for a hotel in Santorini. We loved the breakfast and having our own terrace with a plunge pool to enjoy.
Amazing staff that helps coordinate travel and activities. Excellent location in Oia within walking distance to the sights. Beautiful view of caldera. Great spot to relax and enjoy Santorini!
Few minutes walk to OIA market from the hotel and best place to stay near OIA with Caldera view with pool access. Hotel Staff was supportive and provided all the information needed.
love the location, service and facilities! all exceeded my expectations. this hotel added so much points to my Santorini visit. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time
