Coordination for pick up of the keys was very easy and straight forward. The location of the apartment was great and very convenient to restaurants, stores (including grocery) and the train station. I loved it. It is nothing like a fancy stay but it's really cozy. The room was extremely clean, the mattress was comfy, the room is spacious, it has everything what you need including a washing machine. There is a very good pizza place close by.
