Large, bright and clean apartment, with a large beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. The location is perfect, in the very center. We had a nice welcome from a girl called Beatriz. She was very kind and professional, she explained everything to us in detail about our stay in the apartment and all the activities and happenings in Desenzano. Big praise for her! Everything from checkin upto checkout. Alessia is a professional manager and very delicate. She was ontime waiting for us to check in around 7.30 PM. She welcomed us and provided all necessary details. She provided a cot and a welcoming gift of snacks. The apartment is nice and comfortable. It is close to the centro and other villages by car. The wifi is so fast. The room has a soft bed and excellent toilet. The kitchen is completely equipped. There is a sofa in the living room and a smart TV. Therr are two balconies in the master room and living room.

Riccardo was an amazing host: very friendly and always smiling. Flexible check-in and Check-out. The house was spotless and had all necessary amenities. Very centrally located near the lake. There is a ferry point close to the stay where we can get boats to go to sirmione or peschiera. There was ample availability of parking spaces inside. But the best of all was the host. He provided us a lot of info about attractions nearby and was available round the clock. We would be very happy to visit again!

Second time to stay here, as always Tiziano was a wonderful host, always so helpful, we hired a car and he sorted out our parking in the parking lot just a few minutes walk from apartment, and at a very reasonable price too. I will be back for a third visit. Its a perfect base if you want to road trip around the lake or even get the bus or train, the ferry takes you all around the lake too. Most definitely worth a visit.

When we arrived we were welcomed by Paola who showed us around te property. Because there was a party ongoing near our booked appartment we were upgraded to a different room which was perfect! The facilities were clean and everything was taken care of and above expectations. I would recommend Villa Colli Storici to couples or small families. Location, host, facilitiet, everything was great and we've had an amazing stay!

The apartment was very spacious, over 300 sq.m., huge terraces and had everything you may need. Big open plan in the dinning room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with toilets and two separate toilets. The hostess waited for us on arrival to provide keys and all valuable information. They also had a nice surprise, a welcome pack, which consisted of wine, water, snacks, chips, coffee capsules, etc. I would highly recommend - great value for money!

The apartment have balcony, but not have a nice view and is a bit noisy from the nearby factory during the day. The location is convenient and within walking distance to downtown and grocery stores. You can park in front of the cooperative. Alessandro sends detailed instructions to access the apartment, but is responsive if you have additional questions.
