We had a great stay, on the down side the hotel was busy but breakfast was a challenge every morning. One of our mornings they run out of cups, teapots, bread, orange juice, plates, glasses for juice and eggs. We had to ask and then wait until they were replenished, not a good look for the hotel and lack of any forward thinking. I'm sure it would not have been their first Rodeo. 4

What a city!! Beautiful and vibrant. So much to see and do for all ages. Felt safe while there. Lots of nightlife all through the week. So many beautiful restaurants and everything on your doorstep. We didn't use the car once while there. Loved the history just as much as all the moden buildings. Great hop on, hop off bus to take you where you like to go. Can't wait to go back. Lla parella which is a Mexican restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The cathedral is breathtaking. Food and drinks as cheap or as expensive as you want. Nice restaurant meal cost us around £50 for 2 and then we found somewhere doing 2 cocktails for £7!

A city with some good cultural offerings, good museums, architecture etc. Worth popping into the Tate if you want to see a handful of good works of art and a warehouse full of primary school art projects that didn't quite make the cut for going on the fridge door! I'm too cynical to buy into the "emperor's new clothes".
Good restaurants are aplenty, and I'm reliably informed that the "shopping is good".
A vibrant and trendy city that is a pleasure to visit.

Fabulous vibrant city and have to say my highlight was the Cavern Club the atmosphere was just amazing. Also the hop on hop off city tour was magnificent. Such a lovely city but I thought it was sad to see the disrespect shown with the huge amount of litter everywhere.

Liverpool has everything and is very manageable on foot.
Liverpool has everything and is very manageable on foot. Of course we did the beetles thing but we so loved talking with the people. We loved visiting the churches whic we usually don’t do but the Anglican cathedral paddy wigwam then the bombed church was so moving. We loved Bolt street and pub hopping. We did not have a bad meal. This was our first vs and our friends questioned going here but now we will tell everybody. So happy to see this great city come into its owners

Great city plenty to explore.
Great city plenty to explore. Don't have breakfast in the hotels over priced and better spots around the city. For dinner, I'd recommend CowShed great steak house. Jurgens bierhaus bar across from Liverbuilding is great Liverpool bar. Albert Docks is also great spot for food drink and plenty gift shops.

Liverpool offers a variety of interesting places to visit,...
Liverpool offers a variety of interesting places to visit, great range of restaurants and shopping experiences all within an easy walk of hotels, railway and bus stations for local travel. We visited new places this time. Crosby beach for a pleasant walk from the Sports Centre back to the Marina end taking in the Anthony Gormley Iron Men sculptures. Next day we took the train to Port Sunlight to admire this unique bijoux village and enjoy the Lady Lever Hume Gallery and Cafe. We ate at Cosy Club, and a wonderful Spanish Steak Restaurant. On a future visit we we would seek out new exciting places.
We came to Liverpool because my husband is a huge Liverpool FC fan and it was our first time visiting. It's a 4 minute walk to the Anfield Stadium and the whole hotel embraces Liverpool FC, from decor to the match day viewing party. Team busses drive by the hotel going to the match. The hotel was super cozy and they even had a quick breakfast bite in the morning which we weren't expecting. Best of all was their staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice. We're sending everyone that comes to Liverpool to Hotel Anfield!
We recently stayed at The Resident Liverpool and had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal for everything we had planned, with the city centre and the docks just a short walk away. We booked a small double and were pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities this room came with. The kitchenette was a brilliant element as it allowed us to store and prepare our own food during the stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting Liverpool.
Clean comfortable bed

Very convenient location. Accommodations were just fine.Very competitively priced. Staff was exceptional, most notably Camille. She was so helpful & congenial. She went out of her way to make me & other guests feel special and totally welcomed at the Z Hotel. I'll definitely go back to the Z Hotel next time I go to Liverpool. Thanks.
Amazing hideaway very close to the Cavern area. Staff was lovely, welcoming and made us feel at home.
Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had in a hotel, food quality, taste, variety very very good and more than we needed to kickstart our day.
Will definitely stay here again when in Liverpool.
Thanks Ibis Styles!🙏🥂
Great view and condo suite on 16th floor
Fantastic facilities and lovely aroma throughout hotel
Everything seemed very fresh and invigorating in a vibrant city centre
Business district is quieter at weekends which is quite welcome but only a very short walk to bars and restaurants and clubs and historic sights
Lovely breakfast, including full English, Eggs Benedict etc. Great location with docks, museums, and city centre all within walking distance with so much to see and do. Our second time to the hotel and area, will be back again. NCP Parking literally just round the corner with Hotel Indigo special discount rate.
The Hotel is spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for walking to the Royal Albert Docks and City Centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to relax in the bar/lounge area looking out onto the waterfront. Our room met all the requirements that we needed and was cleaned daily.
Characterful old hotel within easy walking distance of Lime Street Station, city centre, docks and different cultural locations.
Single bedroom with shower quite small, but well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Quite quiet, despite being on one of main roads into city, as on a hill.
Our room was very spacious clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The hotel was very well situated in the heart of the city centre. Very close to the Albert Docks and lots of entertainment. There was a large Wetherspoons pub just around the corner which i am all way's happy about.
10 minutes walk from the City centre and all of Liverpool's attractions
Lovely view of the restored docks from our room.
Good, inexpensive bar onsite with a small waterside terrace.
Simple menu but well presented and very good value.
Best location in the city centre. Lovely spacious clean room with a great view of Liverpool cathedral. Have been to this hotel a few times and always enjoy the pool and sauna.
The best new 5* hotel in Liverpool. The bar area is crazily nice, as is the rest of the hotel. The room was furnished to a very high standard. Can't fault it.
