Reception was eventually fine but there was noone present when we arrived. The hotel was tired and our potentially pleasant room needed redecoration.

Nice hotel, good location only about 20 min walk into the main town. Has parking which was good. They also have a bar in the hotel and the staff at the bar were really friendly.

Large family room, very spacious bathroom. The only issue was that it was cold in the bathroom and in the room. Breakfast with a good selection for an additional fee, kind bartender. Beautiful hotel building

The hotel is one of the better ones in Folkestone - great location on the seafront, nice facilities, clean rooms and decent breakfast. Being able to park for £5 a day outside the hotel is great - if you can get a space. I feel this information should be clearly stated on the website and when you book. I had to send several messages and call the hotel to find out about the parking. The staff at the hotel were friendly.
