Room was not ready when we arrived. They offered welcome drink which wasn’t nice (not sure what it was) and asked to wait in the lobby where there is no air con. After near an hour we went to ask when room will be ready and they said 15min. They updated our room to suite and gave us late check out which is nice. Room wasn’t very clean but spacious. Breakfast buffet had little choice and mostly Indian food. Swimming pool small, free towels and nice staff just some guests very noisy shouting to each other. Hotel used by lot of families so no relax if you like chill and quiet time. We only stayed here one night as it was close to airport.

We stayed here on our first night after flying from Australia so that we could be near the port for our early boat across to Nusa Lembongan the next morning and it really exceeded our expectations. The staff were so accommodating, the pool area is amazing. We travelled with our almost 2 year old daughter and she had the time of her life in the pool. A truly wonderful experience to start our trip.
